From the Atlantic
to the harbour baths.
I grew up in Brittany, swimming in cold Atlantic water that — it turns out — is excellent Ironman preparation. Sport was never about medals; it was the thing that made a day feel good.
Copenhagen happened almost by accident, and I never left. I started training alone, missed the crew I'd had back home, and decided to build it myself: people first, watts second.
In August 2026 I'm racing my first full Ironman. The crew is coming to cheer (and heckle). That's the whole point — serious about the sport, never about ourselves.
